Rachel Rochford jewellery is handmade in Trinidad and Tobago and can be shipped to virtually any address in the world.

Rachel Rochford jewellery purchased on rachelrochford.com will ship from Trinidad and Tobago, within 3-5 working days after payment is received.

Rachel Rochford Artisan Boxes will ship monthly within the first three weeks of the month.

If you order a Rachel Rochford Artisan Box after the 20th of a month you will receive the next month's box.

Free shipping within Trinidad and Tobago.

Free shipping worldwide on all orders over $100USD.

For orders below $100 shipping cost varies depending on the amout ordered.

 

Returns Policy

If you receive an incorrect or defective item you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 
You must state the order number as well as your name and address on the form with your return.

Provide a detailed description of the problem. If it is a problem on our part and you have a claim, please provide a copy of your receipt for your freight/ shipping charges if we have to reimburse them.

Without these details we will not be able to process your refund.

There are no returns or exchanges on the contents of the Rachel Rochford Artisan Boxes.

 

Colour

Every effort has been made to display the colours of our products that appear on rachelrochford.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display a colour completely accurately.

 

Jewellery Care 

Rachel Rochford artisan jewellery is created utilizing various materials, fibers, plated and filled wires, semi-precious gem stones, both in their raw, natural and un-polished state, as well as matte and polished gemstones. These materials can be fragile and should be looked after accordingly.

Each raw gem stone is unique and vary in shape, size and colour. Due to the nature of the product, the item you receive may be slightly different to what is photographed. 

When storing your Rachel Rochford artisan jewellery take care to avoid moisture, direct sunlight, extreme cold, humidity or heat. Store each piece separately in order to avoid scratches and damage to your Rachel Rochford artisan jewellery. The gold and silver plating can wear off over time, and the appearance may slightly fade depending on wear and exposure to chemicals and cosmetics. 

Some tasks that should be avoided when wearing jewellery including sporting activities, kitchen work, gardening, cleaning the house and other common tasks. Rachel Rochford artisan jewellery should not be worn while swimming, bathing or sleeping. Rachel Rochford artisan jewellery should not be allowed to come into contact with perfume, cosmetics, hair products or other chemicals. Apply lotion, cosmetics, hairspray and perfume before dressing in jewellery. When performing manual tasks, remove your jewellery to prevent physical damage or exposure to chemicals or cleaning fluids. 

To clean your jewellery, please clean with care and use a soft, lint free jewellery polishing cloth and rub your piece gently. Do not use any household or commercial cleaning solutions.

PAYMENT

Where can I order and pay for Rachel Rochford Artisan Boxes?

You can order and pay online at rachelrochford.com.

You can also order and pay for your box at UpMarket, which happens once a month.

The Entrepreneur of the month will also be taking orders and payments for the premium box in which they are featured.

What methods of payment can I use for the Rachel Rochford Artisan Boxes?

The website rachelrochford.com accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards.

You can also pay using PayPal on rachelrochford.com.

If you pay via the Entrepreneur of the month, then cash is accepted. $385TTD or $60USD for the Rachel Rochford Artisan Box Premium.

If you pay via Rachel Rochford at UpMarket then cash is accepted. $385TTD or $60USD for the Rachel Rochford Artisan Box Premium.

Are there any hidden fees?    

If you are ordering a box within Trinidad and Tobago there are no hidden fees as shipping is free within Trinidad and Tobago. If you live outside of Trinidad and Tobago, the shipping fee will be included on top of the price of your box once your total order is under $100USD. If your order is over $100USD then shipping is free worldwide.

Can I sign up for just one box?

Yes you can sign up for just one box.

Do I have to order every time I want a box?

Yes, for now, you will have to order and pay every month for the box that you want.

Your credit card will not be automatically billed monthly.

 

CUSTOMIZING

Am I able to choose the products that I receive in my box?

No, you cannot customize what you receive in your Rachel Rochford Artisan Box. However if you wish to order a customized piece of jewellery, you can email your request for a Bespoke piece of Rachel Rochford jewellery at info@rachelrochford.com.

Can I order a box as a gift for someone?

Yes you can order either of the boxes as a gift for someone. You can pay for the box and make sure to include the name and address of the person you wish the box to be delivered to as the shipping address.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

No returns or exchange on the items inside of the two boxes.

Can I return the items in the box if I don’t like them?

No the items inside of the two boxes cannot be returned. If you don’t like the products that you receive in your box you can re-gift the items to someone else.
