SHIPPING POLICIES

Rachel Rochford’s art and jewellery are handmade in Trinidad and Tobago.

Local delivery and international shipping are available for all orders on rachelrochford.com.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID PROTOCOLS BEING OBSERVED THE SHIPMENT OF ALL ORDERS PLACED ON RACHELROCHFORD.COM
WILL NOW OCCUR WEEKLY VIA A COURIER SERVICE. 


LOCAL DELIVERY

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY WITHIN TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO.

Products purchased on rachelrochford.com will be delivered locally in Trinidad and Tobago via a local courier. All orders are processed in 1-3 days and delivered after confirmation of payment is received when the customer chooses either the PAYPAL CHECKOUT option, or if the customer chooses the T&T ONLINE TRANSFER BANK DEPOSIT payment option. If a customer needs an order to be expedited and rushed within 24 hours please email admin@rachelrochford.com with your request for overnight delivery. Orders are only delivered on weekdays, Monday to Friday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

FLAT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COURIER CHARGE $15USD.

Products purchased on rachelrochford.com will ship worldwide via an international courier service from Trinidad and Tobago, within 1 week after confirmation of payment is received if you choose the PAYPAL CHECKOUT option. The customer is responsible for paying a flat rate international shipping charge of $15USD at checkout and any additional shipping and handling fees or your country's import taxes upon receiving delivery of the order at the requested international location.


DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

No physical products will be shipped. These listings are digital files for you to purchase and download. Once payment is confirmed you will immediately receive via email DIGITAL JPG, PNG and PDF FILES to download. You may print the digital designs on your home printer or send the design to be printed by a professional company. The colours of the images on your monitor may vary slightly from your printed product. Purchase of the digital design by Rachel Rochford is for personal use only and is not to be resold.


COLOUR

Every effort has been made to display the colours of our products that appear on rachelrochford.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display a colour completely accurately.


RETURN POLICIES

We know you will love your Rachel Rochford piece as much as we do!

If you wish to return a product purchased on rachelrochford.com, the item must be new and unworn. Please email admin@rachelrochford.com a copy of your invoice within seven days of the delivery date of your product. Specify which product you are interested in returning, attach a photo of the product, the reason for the return and then your claim will be processed. You will either be refunded the cost of the product you purchased or you will be given an online e-credit voucher, to be used on rachelrochford.com, in the value of the product you purchased. 

ALL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN ANY REFUNDS OR ONLINE E-CREDIT VOUCHERS. 

THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON DIGITAL DOWNLOADS.
